Jake is a playful and snuggly kitten who purrs the moment he sees one of his people. He loves to snuggle up with a friend when he's sleepy, and has a very loud purr when he's happily laying on a lap. He's curious and has to explore every corner of every room with his brother, Cubby, and can turn anything into a kitten toy. Jake is exceptionally patient with the 3 yr old boy who lives in his foster home, and with all the other kids (0-6 yrs old) who come to visit him. He lets kids pick him up and carry him around for a little while, and is very gentle when he squirms away from them. He loves kid toys as much as cat toys, and is often found batting around a block, toy car, or rattle. He loves to play in boxes, and it's not unusual to pick up a toy bin and discover Jake inside it! He's also made friends with all three of the adult cats in his foster home, and even the grumpiest old cat will share her favorite sunny spot on the bed with him. Jake is a very sweet kitten, and we know he'll make a wonderful addition to any family.
