Noel is a typical handsome looking brown tabby, part Maine Coon. He even trills! He came in to us as he needed rescuing, being shy at a shelter. He is slowly learning how to trust and doesn't have a mean bone in his body, but can be nervous/scared.

He has experience now in two foster homes, one quiet, and one a family of four with little kids. He takes a while to warm up and get comfortable in new surroundings but once he is, he will play and he does love to be brushed and held and purrs contentedly; at this point he won't ask to be picked up. So we recommend that adopters have cat experience, to help bring him along to his best potential, with our directions.

We think he will be best in a quiet home with people who have time to make sure he bonds with them. You can have other pets as he is fine with them but you still will want him to bond to you before 4-legged friends, as that is always easier.
