Patches' owner has become very ill and can no longer care for her. Her friends are in desperate need of finding a loving home for her cat, Patches.

Patches is currently at her owner's house by herself. The friends go over everyday to feed her and clean the litter box but she is very scared and hides under the bed.

Patches is a spayed 9 year old Calico cat. She is shy with strangers but is a lap cat with her owner. It will take her a few weeks to assimilate to a new environment and owner but after that she will become very affectionate. Patches would do best with an middle age to older owner, preferably a woman who has no other cats in the house. That is the environment is currently living in.

Once Patches is comfortable with her new owner she will cuddle, sit on your lap and you will be able to pick her up.

She is an indoor only cat, uses her litter box, weighs about 12-14 pounds, and is a very pretty medium hair Calico,

She has had her rabies shot. We have her on Purina 1 Indoor Cat Food.

We don't want to put Patches in a shelter but time is running out as her owner's apartment needs to be vacant very soon. Patches would be a great addition to single pet home. She is a love.
