Phoebe was found with her sisters, Piper and Prue, running in a parking lot in downtown San Jose.  Caught and brought to 13th Street Cats, the three have been thriving in foster care.  Phoebe is a super affectionate, playful kitten who starts purring as soon as she sees you!  She loves to have her head and back scratched, and once she's had some play time, is totally contented to be held or hang out in a lap.  Frisky and funny, Phoebe is also a gentle girl who wants to be loved. She chases toys, loves a scratching post, and will be an amazing member of any family.

13thstcats.org is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, No-Kill Rescue Group based in San Jose.

We try our best to match our cats to the perfect homes, and match them based on their personalities, not their looks. Adoptions are not done on a first come, first serve basis, rather in the order of what homes are the right match for that particular cat
