Sophie is a bundle of cuddles. She has a high amount of energy and wants to play and play then cuddle. She will literally ask to be picked up and then wraps her paws around you, and purrs and purrs. Be prepared for kisses too. Do not try and use a laptop computer around Sophie. If you are sitting on her sofa your lap belongs to her.

Sophie plays well on her own using spring toys and balls. She prefers to interact with her human or other cats. She likes to run and jump after wand and feather toys. And don’t skimp on the gushy food, or dry food either. Sophie enjoys a good meal multiple times per day.

Sophie would probably be ok adopted alone, but this much energy deserves a feline friend.

13thstcats.org is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, No-Kill Rescue Group based in San Jose.

We try our best to match our cats to the perfect homes, and match them based on their personalities, not their looks. Adoptions are not done on a first come, first serve basis, rather in the order of what homes are the right match for that particular cat
